Ir Dr. Chan is the Fellow Engineer of HKIE in the disciplines of energy, environment, building services and mechanical engineering. He is currently the Committee Member of “Committee on Environment” and “CWRB” of CIC.

My Sustainability Goals for 2021:

To achieve carbon neutrality in HK by 2050.

Ir Walter Au is a Director of several engineering companies within Sun Hung Kai Properties Group, providing E&M contracting and green solution services for new project development and property management. A Fellow of HKIE and CIBSE, Ir Au serves on various professional bodies and advisory committees. He actively promotes the application of advanced construction technologies, various energy and carbon reduction initiatives.

My Sustainability Goals for 2021:

Property development and management play an important role in the path to carbon neutrality. To achieve this goal, I shall stay ahead of evolving engineering trends to exceed user expectations in terms of sustainability and livability.

Leading WSP’s Property and Buildings with over 30 years of professional experience, Colin CHUNG is a renowned expert on MEP planning, design and management for a full spectrum of industrial, commercial, residential, transport and infrastructure projects, specialising in the design of green and sustainable building. He has been contributing to the green building movement and pathway to achieving net zero through serving in key roles at Hong Kong Green Building Council, BEAM Society and Hong Kong Association of Energy Engineers.

Karen is a chartered town planner and project manager specialising in urban integration and city management strategies and creating shared value and innovation. She is the co-author of “Tackling Double Ageing with Double Smart” article which won the HKIP Awards in 2019 and is the Project Lead of DISI’s Intergenerational Play Space and Community Planning in an Age-friendly Community.

My Sustainability Goals for 2021:

Plan for the current and future olds and encourage stakeholders to develop innovative strategies that ensure the adaptability, resiliency and sustainability of our communities and infrastructures for the future population.

Ms. Joy Song is overall responsible for the CECEPEC’s sustainability and ESG advisory businesses for financial and non-financial large-scale and listed companies. She is the Co-chair of ESG WG of HKGFA, leading varieties of initiatives facilitating the green and sustainable finance development in Hong Kong. She is a member of the climate-related Technical Expert Group of the HKSFC, and provides policymaking advices in ESG and sustainable finance fields for regulators in both Mainland China and Hong Kong. She is also a Member of the ESG & Sustainable Investment Committee of HKINEDA.

Sr Yew qualified as a professional associate of various institutions including The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He was the former Chairman of Planning and Development Division of HKIS.

Sr Yew has more than 30 years’ professional real estate investment and development practise in Greater China Region.
