A veteran sustainability professional who has worked at the confluence of strategy, business development, advocacy and communications, Rachel focuses on bringing innovative technologies and business models to the urgent task of decarbonizing Asia.
Rachel holds a BA from Tufts University in Boston and an MBA from Kellogg in Chicago.

My goal is to accelerate decarbonization in Asia by connecting critical value chain managers with technologies, materials, software and business models to radically reduce their carbon footprints.

Jessica is the Head of Sustainability of MTR Corporation responsible for developing sustainability-related policies and strategies and driving sustainability initiatives for the Corporation. She is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in environmental and corporate sustainability. Jessica is a member of several international and local sustainability-related committees including UITP’s Sustainable Development Committee and HKGCC’s Environment & Sustainability Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Examiners of HKMA’s Hong Kong Sustainability Award.

Alexandra Tracy is President of Hoi Ping Ventures in Hong Kong, which she founded to provide research and consulting on green finance and sustainable investment in Asian emerging markets. She is currently Private Sector Observer to the World Bank’s Climate Investment Funds, having for several years served as Active Private Sector Observer to the United Nations Green Climate Fund.
Alexandra is a director of RIMM Sustainability Pte Ltd in Singapore and sits on a number of corporate and non profit boards in Hong Kong, including Tom Hugh Limited, where she is non executive Chairman, and the Asia Pacific Investors Cooperation. She is also a director of the Climate Markets & Investment Association in the UK, and an Advisor to the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology’s Asian Family Business Research Centre, Friends of the Earth Hong Kong and the NDCI.org climate commitment community.
From 2013 to 2019, Alexandra was a member of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She acted as non executive Chairman of the Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia for six years, stepping down in 2015, and was instrumental in establishing the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change during this period.
Alexandra speaks and writes regularly on sustainable finance, development and infrastructure issues. She has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and MA degrees from Yale University and Cambridge University.

Recently, Gemini has been assisting Hong Kong banks on compliance and implementation of their ESG, Climate Risk Management, Climate Risk Stress Testing, etc.
