Circular Economy
This will be a fun, hands-on workshop using our pots made out of coffee grounds and food waste, allowing guests to create their own plant.
Presented by FoodCycle+, workshop participants will learn how we handle coffee compost daily.
To register your interest for this workshop, please email Katie Leung at katie.leung@nespresso.com. Please note that you must be a registered and approved delegate of ReThink HK 2021 to be eligible to attend this workshop.

Hermia stayed and worked in several farms during her time in Australia and New Zealand. She obtained the Certificate of Permaculture Design Course (PDC) in Australia and joined as a tour guide of Produce Green Foundations after returning to Hong Kong. Hermia is the Co-Founder of FoodCycle+ and helps FoodCycle+ to recycle local organic waste into high quality compost, and use the compost in FoodCycle+ Farm.
My Sustainability Goals for 2022:
FoodCycle+ aims to promote local organic recycling via growing fresh, and low carbon organic vegetables with high quality local compost. We produce local organic compost by recycling organic waste. The use of local compost helps to regenerate the poor soil, and also mitigate climate change by sequestering carbon into soil.
