Tim is a practicing town planner and environmental surveyor with extensive experience in planning, engineering and managing smart city and digital infrastructures. Tim spearheaded the development of numerous smart environment tools and infrastructures to enhance the efficiency, robustness and data integrity of ESG metrics within the building industry, including the BEAM Plus Portfolio Assessment, iBEAM Assessment Automation System and the iBEAM Unison BIM to BEAM Plus data integration platforms.

My Sustainability Goals for 2022:

  • Adoption of data analytics to enhance building performances.
  • Recognize the power of advanced data analytics in buildings and how it helps with fulfilling the SDG.
  • Introduce more policy initiatives to incentivize the use of data to decarbonize our buildings.

Donald Choi joined the Group in 2018 as Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Chinachem Group. He has over 30 years of management experience across property development and worked as a professional architect globally.

Sustainable development, environmental protection, and the health and wellbeing of the community now enjoy equal importance to profit at Chinachem. This balanced approach, at the heart of a refreshed brand, is a bold and pioneering change for the industry.

Previously MD of the Nan Fung Group, and a Director of Foster and Partners, Donald has provided professional services for Hong Kong Government, Airport Authority, Mass Transit Railway Corporation, Urban Renewal Authority, Public Works Canada, British Columbia Buildings Corporation. Alongside his professional career, he has held multiple leadership roles in NGO and professional bodies that focus on community, design and innovation. He is now the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design.

Kelvin Li serves as Director of Strategy and Business Development at Schneider Electric, formulating corporate strategies to drive business growth by leveraging innovative technologies in the energy industry. He holds over 20 years’ experience in power utility, energy consultancies, and energy corporations in Hong Kong, Singapore, the Netherlands, and United Kingdom. He holds three master degrees – MPA from Harvard University, MBA from London Business School, and MSc from The University of Hong Kong. He also got selected to The Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme by The University of Cambridge.
