Jenny is the Under Secretary General for Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA), primarily responsible for leading stakeholder engagement with private and public sector, regulatory and government driving green and sustainable finance initiatives across its eight working groups. Jenny contributes to the Centre for Green and Sustainable Finance capacity building and data analytics workstreams. Jenny has over two decades of experience in global investment banking and consulting, primarily in equity derivatives, prime brokerage, equity financing and new business development at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and JPMorgan, and has lived in London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

Tracy Wong Harris is the Head of Sustainable Finance for Greater China and North Asia at Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on the Bank’s sustainable finance strategy, by developing new products and solutions, further incorporating ESG considerations into banking decisions, and identifying sustainable finance opportunities for clients. Tracy is also the Vice President and Deputy Secretary General of Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA).

Eunice chairs S&P’s APAC Credit Conditions Committee, focusing on regional credit trends. She is also sector lead for APAC insurance ratings. Eunice is amongst the most influential women globally in the field of re/insurance named by “Intelligent Insurer” magazine. She graduates from Nanyang Technological University with an actuarial science major.

YU Ching Yan, Johnny, BSc, MBA, ACA, CFA, joined Henderson Land in 2020 as the advisor to Chairman. Prior to joining the company, Mr Yu held various senior positions with UBS, Credit Suisse and Price Waterhouse in both Hong Kong and London. He brought 27 years of extensive experience covering multiple disciplines including sales and marketing, investment advisory, accounting, tax, risk management and control, with his recent focus being digital transformation, innovation and sustainability. Mr Yu graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London with a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and attained his MBA degree in Finance with City University of London. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
My Sustainability Goals for 2022:
Following the global carbon emission reduction footprint, Henderson has formulated its 2030 vision in response to climate change issue, which is reflected in the sustainability strategy, categorized by four primary drivers G.I.V.E , I hope the public to pay attention on Sustainability issue and to achieve Hong Kong’s carbon neutrality commitment together.
