Ian Spaulding is the Founder and CEO of ELEVATE – the industry leader in sustainability and supply chain services globally. Mr. Spaulding is recognized globally as a preeminent thought leader and authority on supply chain social, environmental and business performance. Mr. Spaulding leads ELEVATE to partner with more than 350 global companies to design, build and manage data-driven sustainability linked programs with Assessment, Advisory, Program Management and Analytics.
As an industry leader in supply chain and sustainability initiatives for nearly 25 years in Asia, Europe and the United States, Mr. Spaulding is regularly featured as a speaker at major events and in a range of top-tier media outlets such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Bloomberg and CNN. Prior to founding ELEVATE, Ian worked at Sears Holdings, KPMG and BSR. At Sears Holdings, he was the Director of Global Compliance where he pioneered the largest effort to promote greater transparency and continuous improvement among thousands of manufacturing facilities globally.

Erik Ryd was born in Sweden and came to Hong Kong 35 years ago. He is the founder of Hop Lun and 6ixty 8ight. Hop Lun is one of the largest suppliers of bras in the world and 6ixty 8ight is a playful lingerie brand with 300 stores in Asia.
My Sustainability Goals for 2021:
With over 30,000 employees, Hop Lun’s priority is that everyone earn a living wage. Other goals include to use at least 25% sustainable sourced material and to increase women in supervisory position.

Edgar Tung is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Esquel Group, one of the world’s leading textile and apparel companies employing over 35,000 people worldwide.
Edgar is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of solid general management experience in different industries including investment banking, apparel technology, quality assurance as well as food and beverage retailing, after starting his career as an administrative officer of the Hong Kong Government and participated in the launch of Hong Kong’s Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) System. He is the founding Chairman of the Youth Arch Foundation that aims at identifying and developing young leaders. He also sits on the Board of the Esquel-Y.L. Yang Education Foundation.
Edgar graduated from the Imperial College, London and obtained his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Fellow of Aspen China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
My Sustainability Goals for 2021:
Lead Esquel to help tackle climate change by developing a roadmap toward carbon neutrality no later than 2050, and narrow the wealth gap by providing quality employment and digital empowerment.
