People & Purpose
With the start of the pandemic, progress for women in work is spiralling backwards. Working mothers have been forced to reduce their hours or quit their jobs as they balance their work and family responsibilities. The pandemic is a wake-up call for companies to put gender inclusion at the forefront of the corporate agenda. By helping women stay in the workforce, companies will not only benefit from a more robust talent pipeline but also better reflect the diversity of the communities they serve.
