Irene is a Partner of KPMG China specializing in new economy companies and ESG advisory. She is the Co-Chair of the Inclusion and Diversity Council for KPMG in HK and leads KPMG’s I&D programs covering gender, generational, skills and embracing differences. She currently leads the New Economy and the Life Sciences sectors for KPMG in the Hong Kong region and co-leads the Hong Kong ESG team supporting clients on ESG reporting, sustainability strategies, climate change and decarbonization and impact measurement and assurance. Irene is also a board member of KPMG Foundation which supports and promotes KPMG’s CSR pillars. Outside of KPMG, Irene serves as a board member of WWF Hong Kong and is actively involved in their conservation and environmental finance initiatives.
My Sustainability Goals for 2021:
Help businesses see that we can transform the relationship between the environment and the economy into a non-zero sum game, and decarbonize the global economy while creating business opportunities and narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor.

Joey supports the design, execution and performance monitoring of the Group’s Sustainable Development Strategy, SwireTHRIVE, and manages sustainability accounting within the Group. She plays a key role in sustainability data analytics, involving performance monitoring, trend analysis and risk management.
My Sustainability Goals for 2021:
Development of a roadmap for our group’s net zero carbon emissions, water neutrality and zero waste to landfill commitment by 2050.

Mr Zhang Huifeng joined HSBC in 2005. As the Regional Head of Corporate Sustainability Asia Pacific, he oversees the Bank’s sustainability strategy in the region. This include community investment in future skills, climate change, sustainable finance, community service areas. Before joining HSBC, Mr Zhang had worked at BNP Paribas and ABN AMRO in trade finance and corporate banking area. His team is working closely with the whole sale and retail banking businesses to promote sustainable finance and investment within the Bank to support the development of low carbon economy.
