Elsie is a seasoned strategic Human Resources professional, qualified Colour Consultant and Speaker with more than 25 years of professional experience gained from multinational companies working across Asia, Australia and UK.

Elsie specializes in providing tailored People and Development solutions for organizations, teams and individuals within areas on sales effectiveness, global mindset & cross-cultural intelligence, global leadership, diversity and inclusion, cultural awareness and business etiquette.

Elsie also focuses on increasing self-awareness and individual capabilities through a process of learning about one’s strengths and how to bring out those elements in building self-confidence. On the branding aspect, she supports leaders on how to manage the organization and individual brands to elevate business effectiveness and results.

We recognize that able to maintain balance in life and positive well-being leads to greater efficiency and optimal performance in all facets of life. We intend to create an environment where people can thrive on creativity, confidence, clarity and endless possibilities.

Adam participates in various charities activities especially in promoting Senior Care, Care for the Ethics Minorities and Environmental care. He is the Chairman SCS charitable foundation and Exco of HKSMESS.

My Sustainability Goals for 2022:

Together building up an inclusive society, continue adapting technologies and developing products and services to help people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and the underprivileged to integrate into the community. Reducing waste and lowering the pressure at the landfills

Over 20 years of working continue experience in LPG gas stoves. Also a Member of the Advisory Committee, HKSAR Gas Safety (2022-2024), GS1 SMEAB Committee (2022-2024), SMESS Member, BEC General Member 2019.

I hope that through my work, I can pass on the knowledge of gas safety through education, and that the concept of environmental protection will be delivered to the community from a young age.

Lawrence led Cityray to be a social responsible corporation and achieved awards including Manpower Developer Grand Prize Award, Caring company, Social Capital Builder, Corporate Citizenship, Family-friendly Employer and Happy Company. He is appointed as a member of ERB Youth Training Focus Group and Executive Committee member of SMESS.
