SME retailers often underestimate the value of their contribution towards supporting environmental sustainability. The amplification of SME retailers’ collective power of change will require engagement and collaboration with other ecosystem players, a rethinking of operating models, as well as the deployment of digital technologies to support decision making and the maintenance of growth ambitions and shareholder value creation.
