Flo Chan is a UK qualified solicitor and has worked in London, Singapore and Hong Kong with experience in diverse corporate industries as well as the NGO sector. Her focus is on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG. She is on the Board of local charity, HER Fund, a volunteer coach for HKFC Crusaders, a soccer team for youth with Special Education Needs (SENs) and is also a co-founder of the Hong Kong Professionals With Disabilities Network (HKPWDN). As a passionate advocate for LGBT+ and rainbow family rights, Flo has written submission and spoken at LEGCO advocating for the rights of diverse minority communities in Hong Kong.
Flo was featured in Vogue HK in 2020 for her advocacy work for advancing DEI rights and voices of the community and has spoken at local, regional and global conferences on the importance of the Asian perspective in the advancement of DEI.
My Sustainability Goals for 2022:
With a new baby, I hope to be successful in using reusable nappies and plastic-free feminine care products and to influence those around me to do the same!

Regan has 29 years’ experience in HR, with the last 22 years at Marriott International in various HR Business Partner roles. He has lead Marriott’s Asia Pacific growth from less than a hundred hotels to over 900 hotels in 24 countries and territories.
