Jonathan joined Jardines in January 2018 and has taken a leading role in the development and implementation of the Group’s sustainability strategy over the past three years. He spent many years as a lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the UK, Europe and Asia, before joining Tesco, the leading international retailer, in 2005, where he led engagement with investors on ESG matters.

Mr Mensdorff-Pouilly started his career with Procter & Gamble in 2005, and later joined Jebsen & Jessen Group in 2010 where he led a green-field development project in Cambodia. He joined Jebsen Group in 2014, and 4 years later was an integral part of establishing Jebsen Capital as Managing Director. In May 2020, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Jebsen Group.
My Sustainability Goals for 2022:
My goals and hope for HK is to put more resources into mental healthcare for our community, especially the underprivileged since they have been the most affected in the past few years. Our company, as a whole in Greater China, is also developing sustainable practices with the long-term goal of achieving net-zero.
