Overview

As climate change has become the biggest threat to our planet, corporate sustainability is more critical than ever. “Green Monday ESG Coalition” is an alliance to unify businesses with concrete and actionable plant-based solutions to catalyze the world towards a healthier and sustainable food ecosystem.

Learnings

  • Food is at the nexus of multiple global pressing issues
  • Shifting to a plant-centric diet promotes good health, a greener workplace, contributes to socially responsible investing and hence a more sustainable economy
  • Green Monday provides holistic and green strategies to fully integrate into corporate governance

Post Event Actions

  • Let’s “make change happen” – small changes that we all make as individuals can transform into huge impact to the environment and our planet
  • As IPCC report issued ‘code red for humanity’, let’s rethink our relationship with food
  • The clock is ticking. Every business and individual in the world should embrace plant-based lifestyle or Green Monday. It is one of the easiest ways to save the planet and protect our own future.
