Anson joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1999 and is currently a Partner based in the Hong Kong office heading up the Consumer & Retail Practice in the ASPAC region. He is part of the KPMG Global Consumer & Retail Steering Group as well as being a member of the Global Technology Innovation Centre and the Cluster Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecoms Practice based in Hong Kong.
Anson has been active in driving a number of thought leadership reports and executive briefings for senior executives covering innovation and consumers in China and across Asia. Felix Cheung is the founder and CEO of IXON, a Hong Kong startup that specializes in food preservation. He is one of two co-inventors of advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging, a sterilization-cum-packaging technology that enables sous vide food to be stored at room temperature for up to two years. Felix holds a doctorate degree in plasma physics from University of Sydney and a master degree in food analysis and food safety management at Hong Kong Baptist University.

Jessica Lam-Wong is the director of Hop and On Demand Grocery at Deliveroo Hong Kong. Since joining Deliveroo in April 2022, she has been responsible for overseeing the operations of the firm’s first Hop site in Hong Kong, which was launched in July 2022. Hop is a rapid grocery delivery service operated by Deliveroo and is the latest addition to Deliveroo’s business portfolio.
Jessica currently leads a team of over 30 members, including account managers and business development professionals, all working towards a strategic purpose: to offer the best grocery delivery partnership experience to partners, and help them grow their businesses through delivery, while providing consumers with an even more convenient shopping experience with greater choice.
Prior to joining Deliveroo, Jessica co-founded JouSun.com in 2015, a grocery startup that delivers fresh food from hundreds of Hong Kong farms and food specialists to homes. Outside of Hong Kong, Jessica also worked and studied in the US and UK. She was a business strategist at Gucci, analyst at Vision Investment and a management consultant at Capgemini. She graduated from Columbia Business School and Brown University.
