Martin has more than 17 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Council of Testing and Certification, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Association for Testing, Inspection and Certification, and circular economy advisory group of Business Environment Council. He wishes to use his knowledge and experience and share more ideas for a better, safer, greener and sustainable world.

My Sustainability Goals for 2022:

From government, business community, to each individual, I wish we all can have the sustainability mind-set and have real actions on it.

Elsa is a finance industry veteran focusing on sustainable, responsible, and impact investing. She advocates for investor protection and drives compelling propositions that benefit real change for the finance community. She is the Group CEO and founder of the FinTech portal, BlueOnion. Her latest venture, BlueOnion, promotes responsible investing by exposing the stewardship practices of asset managers, insurers, pension providers, and public companies. Her mission for BlueOnion is to steer financial services providers on the pathway of ethical approaches to address climate change and social injustice, helping investors achieve optimal returns with the highest moral responsibilities. Before creating BlueOnion, she was the Owner-operator of the 25-year-old publication, Benchmark, and a series of Wealth and Asset Management Awards Programs, Forums, and Quality Study operated under the Benchmark brand. She currently serves as an investment governor of a family office in Asia and a Committee member of the Hong Kong Council of Social Services Development Fund.

May there be less talking and more walking, less pressurized regulation and more authentic actions, less bureaucracy and more collaboration between governments and the private sectors to drive real Sustainable Development Goals

Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Chemical Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Rodney Thu received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Hong Kong and has been working for Hasbro for 9 years. As the Director of Quality Assurance at Hasbro, his team is responsible for the quality of high risk material suppliers, vendor in-house & 3rd party testing laboratories, and monitoring of toy regulations (AP focused) & updating the internal Hasbro policies.

Connecting the dots between Risks (industry-specific, geographically-sensitive) AND Capital (Human,Material,Environmental). Rakesh leads Sustainability Services for TUV Rheinland’s Products Business Unit spread across 12 countries measuring the carbon footprint of a product, to quantifying sustainability impact metrics. Rakesh is member of European Union TAB on Environmental Footprint and ISO ESG Group

Through Wealth of Flows Consulting and ADM Capital Foundation, she brings over 20 years of professional experience, accumulated at McKinsey & Company, the European Chemicals Bureau, and others. Helga authored many critically acclaimed reports on the Circular Economy, including with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.

Get the new HKSAR government set its sights on a more comprehensive, powerful waste management strategy for Hong Kong. Continue to initiate, and make circular economy models more accessible for HK companies.
