Rupert is a trained Psychologist and experienced human-centred designer. Hailing from Melbourne, he has a passion for DEI and leveraging service design and co-creation to solve challenges and create a more just world together.
My Sustainability Goals for 2023:
I hope to see a more equitable society where individual differences are not only tolerated, but celebrated, and where Hong Kongers of all walks of life can be themselves in this wonderfully vibrant city… be it at work, around their family and friends or in broader society.
I also wish for a more expanded and accessible recycling program and some investment in renewable energy, which Hong Kong is lagging on significantly.

Fei is a designer who works at the intersection of service design and strategy to help teams solve problems and uncover new opportunities. Her approach is deeply rooted in an iterative “build test repeat” philosophy, driven by research, science and data. She comes with experience applying Design Thinking across a range of businesses and market opportunities, within and beyond Hong Kong.
My Sustainability Goals for 2023:
I hope to see Hong Kong be more experimental and collaborative in its approach to solving today’s sustainability challenges.

MAKE’s approach combines Systems Thinking with Human-centred Design and Behavioural Design to help our partners surface untapped opportunities, empower teams and stakeholders to co-create meaningful social impact, amplify brand value and improve awareness. More recently, we’ve also partnered with organisations to challenge the status quo and reinvent deeper to promote diversity, equity and inclusion for their employees and customers.
