Resolve Foundation

Founded in 2017, Resolve is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering changemakers. We seek a Hong Kong where everyone belongs & upholds inclusion. Despite being a global city, 1 in 8 people here report experiencing discrimination (EOC, 2021). Through our programs, we amplify marginalized voices, empower diverse changemakers and build intersectional communities to elevate our social collective impact.

Our organisation’s sustainability goals for 2025

• Empower Changemakers: Support new fellows, trainers, and programs to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion in Hong Kong.
• Strengthen Partnerships: Collaborate with key organizations to amplify impact and secure critical funding for long-term initiatives.
• Enhance Impact Measurement: Improve tools and data systems to track progress and drive evidence-based action on what an inclusive Hong Kong means.
• Foster Organizational Growth: Expand leadership and team capacity to sustain our mission effectively and sustainably, leaning into opportunities for digital transformation.
• Raise Awareness: Revamp our website to be fully bilingual and launch campaigns to engage more supporters and promote inclusion.
