It is a spin-off from Associated Engineers Ltd which has over 60 years presence in Hong Kong. AELi focuses on the Research and Development on turning food waste into energy and valuable resources. They introduce food waste composting to the Hong Kong market back in 2009. AELi’s technology has received patents related to decentralised food waste treatment solution. Since 2020, AELi and HKPC introduced Food TranSmarter to the market. These revolutionary systems are operating in various business segments over different districts in Hong Kong.
