Breer is a food upcycling startup that is spearheading an industry revolution by using surplus bread to make premium quality craft beer. It addresses the prominent problem of bread waste in Hong Kong, by introducing the unique model of sustainable & innovative remonetization of otherwise wasted resources.

 

Our sustainability goals for 2024:

– Save 100 tonnes of bread through upcycling efforts with Breer
– Save 50 tonnes of CO2 emissions through upcycling efforts with Breer
– Save 100 cubic metre of water through upcycling efforts with Breer
