Provectus the Zed Machine is “Made in Canada” creating recognitions as smart solution for various end users from Smart Cities to NetZero Emission initiative to addressing landfill diversion and curbing GHG emission to creating food security and food supply chain.
Provectus offers customizable and scalable food waste recycling technology and services that have profound impacts on the environment. Through the dehydration of food waste, Provectus’ new technology results in green impacts including: reduction in food waste decomposition and its resulting greenhouse gas emissions from landfills and composting facilities, reducing the carbon footprint of traditional waste management trucks, enabling our customers to use the water and biomass outputs of the food waste dehydrating process to supplement their own agricultural, live-stock, or food business or support other businesses with these needs (circular economy). Provectus is seeking to continue to scale the company to build additional dehydrator machines for companies of all sizes, from small operations to large industry leaders.
Provectus the Zed Machine technology has the potential to disrupt the traditional waste management and recycling processes that are employed by municipalities across the entire province of Ontario and beyond. By repurposing food waste and diverting it away from landfills, Provectus has developed the scalable technology to dehydrate food waste and create usable, safe byproducts for use by our own clients or for our clients to sell to others within their networks.
There is massive potential for this sustainable food waste recycling process to alter the status quo of current waste management practices and challenges, particularly in regards to their negative impact on the environment.
It is highly feasible that the wide adoption of the Provectus system could result in paradigm shifts in the way that several local sectors and their supply chains are managed. Aside from the clear environmental benefits of dehydrating food waste rather than sending it to a landfill, the byproducts of the food waste dehydration process, including large amounts of 100% pathogens free to meet water stress and water footprint issues and sterile biomass, would be able to support local industries including agricultural and manufacturing supply chains. The byproducts from our technology can feed directly into the processes of making and selling fertilizers, soil amendment products, chicken and livestock feed, source of clan energy usage as bioplastics, cosmetics manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and more, in Ontario and beyond.
Provectus approach is helping Zero Hunger, Zero Waste initiatives addressing landfills diversion, curbing GHG from landfills, create circular economy and creating Green Jobs for the local communities while helping ESG and EPR initiatives. People Planet Progress
