Biodiversity Collage for sustainability learning & development and stakeholder engagement

> Do you know that excluding bacteria, about 2 million species have been identified worldwide? Our scientists estimated that there are still 8 to 12 million unknown species.

> Do you know that interactions between ecosystems and species create regulatory processes, which are key to maintaining and enabling soil fertility, waste decomposition, pest and disease control, water and air purification, and climate regulation?

> Do you know that 75% of emerging diseases found in humans come from animals? In the early 2000s, a new emerging disease was recorded every 14 to 16 months, compared to every 10 to 15 years in the 1970s.

Better Futures is proud to bring to Hong Kong * Biodiversity Collage *, a fun, visual, and collaborative workshop that facilitates learning about biodiversity, its systemic aspects, as well as the challenges and pressures associated with it.

Leveraging gamification and social learning, participants will develop a basic understanding of what biodiversity is, what the ecosystem provides and how humans interact with it, key major drivers of the erosion and its consequence.

The game is based on the scientific reports published by the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES).

Across the world, more than 57,000 have already participated in it, from major corporates including Coca-Cola, AXA, Société Générale, Bouygues and many more. What are you waiting for?

Reach out to our team at hello@betterfutures.biz to organize a workshop for your team, or to sign up to our next public workshop!
