Develop and Retain Your Talents with FSI’s Board Director Training

Trusted by multinational firms and taught by award-winning HKU professors, FSI’s Board Director Training is accredited by The Law Society of Hong Kong as a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training. The Board Director Training program, which has been undertaken by close to 500 corporate and nonprofit leaders, is designed for corporate professionals seeking to develop leadership skills and advance their careers by gaining a comprehensive understanding of board roles and responsibilities.

The next round of training will be delivered fully online on 13 March, 27 March, and 10 April, at 12-2:30pm. In addition to the informative lectures, participants will interact with fellow professionals in discussions around real-life case studies. Participants will also have access to lecture recordings and Board Training Resources through our online learning platform. More information about the training can be found in the program brochure and on the program website.

Where participants opt-in, the training may work in conjunction with FSI’s Community Connection Program, which offers an opportunity for board training participants to translate their board knowledge into practice. The Community Connection Program connects participants who are looking for board roles to social impact organizations that are recruiting new board members. For corporates who are interested in integrating the training program into your corporate training and learning program, feel free to reach out at classes@shared-impact.com and we can discuss the creation of a bespoke training program for your organization.

We also encourage you to consider sponsoring leaders from your charity beneficiaries or the NGO sector as a way to bolster the social impact space and advance your ESG endeavors. We are happy to say that two of the NGO leaders sponsored by our corporate partner to take the training previously have since joined several nonprofit boards.
