Managing Director

Shirley is the Managing Director of JCDecaux Transport (Hong Kong & Macau), overseeing the company’s core outdoor business advertising units, including MTR*, Airport Express, Pacific Place Passages, Hong Kong International Airport and Macau International Airport.

Under her leadership, JCDecaux Transport continues to underline its status as Hong Kong’s leading Out-of-Home media. It has been crowned as “No.1 OOH in Hong Kong” for the 12th year in “Hong Kong Media Survey 2024”, conducted by Marketing Interactive. Besides, JCDecaux Transport has attained the highest honour in “Spark Awards 2024” – “Media of the Year”, “Best Influential Media” in “Spark Awards 2023 & 2022”, “Power Brand” for 4 consecutive years, recognized by Hong Kong Institute of Marketing (HKIM). Shirley’s strong leadership skills are also regularly hailed by the industry, she was awarded “Most Prestigious Professional Marketer of the Year 2019” by HKIM, “Influential Industry Leader of the Year 2020” by IAI.

Shirley is committed to the ESG sustainable development. She always puts the best effort in leading the company to embrace sustainability and act as a role model of the outdoor advertising industry. JCDecaux Transport has been awarded “Caring Company” from The Hong Kong Council of Social Service for 9 consecutive years, “Good Employee Charter 2024”, awarded by Labour Department, “Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence (HKAEE) – Servicing and Trading – Gold” in 2022, SDG Enterprise Award 2024 and 2025 – “Outstanding Enterprise”.

Personally, she has been awarded “Outstanding Green Achiever” for 3 consecutive years (2021 – 2023), awarded by HKAEE. She has also attained “International Chamber of Sustainable Development – Certified ESG Planner CEP”, “The Hong Kong Management Association – Executive Certificate in ESG Planning”, showing her passion and commitment towards ESG.
