Faveker – Gres Aragón
Booth R25-03
GRES ARAGÓN – FAVEKER is a Spanish family-owned company with more than 80 years of experience designing and manufacturing innovative extruded ceramic solutions for sustainable architecture and construction. From our production facilities in Aragón, Spain, we serve customers worldwide -more than 100 different countries-, providing high-quality ceramic products for façades, flooring, cladding, swimming pools, industrial facilities, and urban environments.
Our mission is to contribute to healthier, more durable, and resource-efficient buildings by developing architectural ceramic solutions that combine design excellence, technical performance, and environmental responsibility. Working closely with architects, developers, contractors, and distributors, we create solutions that support long-term sustainable development and improve the quality and resilience of the built environment.
A key element of our contribution to sustainable construction is FAVEKER®, our ceramic ventilated façade system. By incorporating continuous external insulation and a ventilated air cavity, the system enhances building energy performance, improves indoor comfort, and reduces operational energy consumption throughout the building’s lifecycle. Ventilated façades help eliminate thermal bridges, prevent condensation and mould formation, and provide durable protection against weathering and environmental stresses.
The environmental benefits of ceramic ventilated façades are particularly relevant for high-density urban environments such as Hong Kong, where energy efficiency, durability, healthy indoor spaces, and climate resilience are increasingly important. FAVEKER® systems help reduce lifecycle environmental impacts while supporting architects and developers in achieving ambitious sustainability and building performance objectives.
Sustainability is integrated throughout our value chain. We continuously invest in decarbonisation, energy efficiency, circular economy initiatives, responsible water management, waste valorisation, and the use of environmentally responsible manufacturing processes. Ceramic products offer exceptional durability, require minimal maintenance, and can remain in service for decades, reducing replacement needs and conserving resources over time.
Our products are supported by internationally recognised environmental information, including Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), helping specifiers and developers make informed decisions and contributing to green building certification schemes and sustainable procurement practices. We are members of “Green Building Council Spain”
Beyond supplying products, GRES ARAGÓN – FAVEKER seeks to be a long-term partner in the transition towards low-carbon and sustainable cities. Through innovation, responsible manufacturing, and collaboration with stakeholders across the construction sector, we aim to support climate action and create lasting value for communities in Hong Kong, Asia-Pacific, and beyond.
For more information about our ESG commitments and sustainability practices, please visit our latest sustainability report: GRES ARAGÓN Sustainability Report

“LE_4 DECARBONIZATION: MORE VALUE, LESS IMPACT
Choosing the pathway that best suits our circumstances to achieve the Net-Zero Decarbonization goal while maintaining competitiveness (the EU’s climate neutrality target for 2050 places significant pressure on our gas-intensive industrial processes):
- Enhancing our products to better promote and facilitate the decarbonization of the construction sector.
- Monitoring technological developments so that, when solutions become clearly viable and competitive, we can plan the adaptation of our existing facilities and equipment.
- Improving processes by driving energy efficiency and investing in the storage and use of surplus photovoltaic energy.
All that, applying circular economy principles to raw materials, waste management, procurement, and other areas—an approach that has enabled us to obtain the Aragón Circular Seal—”
