Toby Cheng

Mr. Toby Cheng is a member of the Policy & Research team of BEC. He has been providing environmental and sustainability consultancy services, including environmental impact assessments and ESG-related advisory, serving many public and private clients and projects. He has a strong background in research, modelling and data analysis.
