EmpowHER2B’s Inclusive Workstyle Drive campaign is an initiative aiming to create meaningful encounters for aspiring female carers and opportunities partners through a short, half-day, and in-person sharing and exchange.
How to get involved?
Offer 1-day Shadowing Opportunities: nominate yourself and/or your colleagues to be matched with 1 or more female carer talent(s) with support from the EmpowHER2B team. The shadowing experience can take place ideally between March 10-20
Action pledge and insights exchange with fellow opportunity partners and aspiring female carers: Join us at our kick-off (11:00 – 12:30 on March 6, featuring Mr Chris Sun, Secretary for Labour and Welfare as Guest of Honour) and closing events (end of March – details TBC), to celebrate our collective experiences and plan future actions.
