AEL (International Holdings) Limited – Food Waste Total Recycling Solution boasts an array of patented novel technologies, ranging from the pre-treatment of food waste, to the anaerobic digestion system, to our odor removal technology. Food TranSmarter (Food Waste Pre-treatment System)
A micro-scale food waste pre-treatment unit, liquidizing food waste by converting it into slurry and filtering out undesirable substances. The slurry is then delivered to centralized waste management facilities by tankers, resulting in a robust, compact, easy operation, and most importantly, simpler and cheaper logistics.
Containerized Two-Stage Anaerobic Digestion System
An all-in-one 2-stage Anaerobic Digestion (AD) unit that converts food waste, preferably in slurry form, into bio-diesel, high purity bio-gas, and a protein-rich sludge. Such resources are maximally utilized to generate electricity/heat and animal feed, with zero discharge. No odor nuisance, no wastewater, no residue.
