The tap that maks an impact

Quooker began as a simple but revolutionary idea in the 1970s, when the founder and inventor Henri Peteri imagined a kitchen where boiling water was available instantly — no waiting, just pure convenience. Today, Quooker has become a worldwide kitchen essential, and the company has grown into an international company producing more than 300,000 systems annually, but its principles remain unchanged: products must be easy for people and good for the planet.

From the very start, Quooker recognised that convenience and sustainability can coexist. Modern Quooker tanks store water at 108°C using patented high‑vacuum insulation, requiring only 10 watts to maintain temperature — an energy‑efficient solution that significantly reduces unnecessary boiling. The COMBI system further saves energy and water by providing instant warm and boiling water, earning an A‑class energy label for its efficiency.

Quooker also helps reduce plastic waste. With the CUBE, users can draw chilled filtered and sparkling water directly from the tap, eliminating the need for single‑use bottles and preventing the common habit of letting water run to get it cold.

Globally, Quooker amplifies this impact through its long‑term partnership with the Made Blue Foundation, supporting clean drinking‑water access in underserved regions. Through this collaboration, Quooker has already donated over 20 billion litres of clean water — a result of its “one litre for one litre” commitment.

Quooker proves that meaningful sustainability starts from the kitchen—saving energy, water and plastic while supporting global clean‑water access. A small change creates a lasting impact worldwide.
