The Climate Governance Initiative Hong Kong Chapter (CGI HK) is conducting our inaugural
research on “The State of Climate Governance in Hong Kong”. This landmark study will assess
how boards and sustainability leaders are addressing climate risks and opportunities across our
city.
We invite you to:
● Complete our 10-15 minute survey to share your insights on climate governance
practices (Deadline: July 31, 2025)
● Join our exclusive focus group discussions, where you’ll engage with peer directors and
senior sustainability leaders to explore solutions to climate governance challenges
(Deadline: August 4, 2025)
○ Proposed Primary Dates: August 12 or 13, 2025 (2 sessions; additional dates
may be arranged upon sufficient interest)
○ Location: Admiralty (exact venue to be advised via follow-up email)
○ Format: 90-minute facilitated discussion with 12-15 senior leaders
