Agent of Change Foundation(AOCF)is a Hong Kong-based charity committed to driving social change, community development and inclusion. Our projects are driven by innovation and include school and community programmes, serving grassroots families and elders, mentally or ethnically diverse, and students. We believe in the power of individuals to become agents of change for a more equitable Hong Kong.

Our sustainability goals for 2024:

1. Provide quality educational experience designed with innovation to foster new learnings (SDG 4)
2. Build social inclusion and resilience through stakeholder incentivization (SDG 11)
3. Build mental resilience through a rethought habit-building (and ridding) approach (SDG 3)
4. Initiate long-term projects for long-term impacts enabled by stronger commercial partnerships (SDG 17)
