HELP for Domestic Workers

HELP’s mission is to empower migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong to access their rights through education, advice, community and employer engagement. HELP’s services support both migrant domestic workers and employers to develop mutually beneficial employment relationships. The three main pillars of work focus on preventing crises, responding to emergencies, and creating long-term change.

Our sustainability goals for 2023:

• Promote rights at the workplace, fair working conditions, and improve access to services and resources.
• Empower and promote the inclusion of migrant women and protect them against discrimination and violence.
• Ensure equal opportunity, reduce inequalities exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic, and focus on long-term outcomes for migrant workers.
• Build the resilience of migrant workers and support them to succeed in their employment.
