Vivian Lee

Vivian has served as both in-house sustainability expert and consultant to bring innovative solutions and multi-dimensional perspectives to enhance corporate / project’s sustainability profile. She has worked on many climate risk and adaptation projects and is passionate about advancing net zero and nature positive initiatives.

Johnny Yu

Henderson Land Group

Head of Sustainability

Johnny YU, is presently the Advisor to the Chairman and the Head of Sustainability Department at the Company. He joined in 2020, bringing with him 30 years of extensive experience across multiple disciplines, including sales and marketing, investment advisory, accounting, tax, and risk management and control. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Yu held various senior positions at UBS, Credit Suisse, and Price Waterhouse in both Hong Kong and London. Under his leadership, he successfully guided the Company to achieve the prestigious Business Leadership in Sustainability Award at the Asia Pacific Leadership in Green Building Awards 2022, organized by the World Green Building Council. Additionally, Mr. Yu won the Sustainability Leader of the Year as well as the Distinguished Sustainability Leadership Awards in Hong Kong Sustainability Award 2024, organized by the Hong Kong Management Association. Mr Yu graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London with a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and attained his MBA degree in Finance with City University of London. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.

Simon Law

Assistant General Manager (Innovation)

Dr. Simon Law’s main role is to identify deep technology solutions for the group’s adoptions. He was previously the Director for Universities and Institutions for the HKSTP where he led the effort to develop and implement programs to engage renowned universities and institutes to identify collaboration opportunities for technology commercialization with HKSTP.

He joined the Technology Transfer Center (TTC) at the Hong Kong University and Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2010, where he eventually assumed the position of the Director of TTC and Chief Executive Officer of the HKUST R and D Corporation Limited, with responsibilities for the University’s intellectual property management, patent portfolio development, patent licensing, academic-industrial collaboration, technology commercialization and technology based entrepreneurship, startup incubation and funding schemes including setting up the university’s investment fund for deep technology startups.

Steven Au

General Manager

Steven Au is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of experience in project management, engineering, and contracting across Asia and the United Kingdom. Steven has a proven track record in fostering innovation and sustainability initiatives. Steven has leaded the landmark AIRSIDE commercial development in Kai Tak, Hong Kong. AIRSIDE is the one of the first private development in Hong Kong to achieve seven top green and smart building certifications, setting a new benchmark for sustainability, innovation, and community well-being in the region.

He currently serves as General Manager at Nan Fung Group, where he leads the Project Management and Design departments.

  1. Commitment to advancing community well-being, education, and cultural preservation by embracing innovation and technology to foster positive social and environmental impact.
  2. Strive to integrate pioneering green building practices and sustainable design in urban development, promoting a circular economy that reduces waste and values long-term resilience. By preserving leveraging smart technologies, aim to build thriving, connected communities. Ultimate goal is to create adaptive, inclusive, and future-ready spaces that are human and environmental centered while embracing innovation for a more sustainable and equitable future.
