Caitlin is the Sustainability Strategy Lead for JLL Hong Kong and has more than 12 years’ experience with a focus in sustainability and climate change strategy planning, implementation, ESG data collection, reporting and greenhouse gas accounting in large corporations across various industries.

She applies her cross-sector experiences to bring fresh perspectives when partnering with clients to develop and align their sustainability and climate goals through collaborative and innovative approaches for the built environment.

Caitlin is also passionate about inspiring the next generation of change makers and seeks to foster youth engagement in sustainability as a value to nurture meaningful systemic change for communities.

Paul Bower

Paul is an accomplished Chartered Mechanical Engineer with experience in critical engineering and technical roles across various industries, including Financial, Telecommunications, Aviation, and Heavy Engineering. Specializing in data centers, network infrastructure, and facilities operations & management, Paul excels in delivering efficient and reliable solutions. With a successful history of managing and constructing infrastructure and building projects in the region, Paul possesses extensive skills in designing and developing building service, telecommunications, and heavy engineering systems. Their in-depth knowledge of regional engineering regulations and practices ensures projects are executed in compliance with industry standards.

Victoria Cameron

The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

Project Manager

Victoria is a chartered structural engineer and project manager with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry delivering award winning projects across various sectors, including education, commercial, cultural and hospitality. Currently based in the Campus Development Office at The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, she is responsible for new capital works, master planning and upgrades at the Clear Water Bay campus.

Victoria focuses on developing strong relationships within project teams to create multi-disciplinary design approaches and innovative solutions. Committed to advancing sustainable practices, Victoria helps drive carbon neutrality goals at the University and serves on the Sustainable Smart Campus Committee. She is currently leading the Campus Renewal Plan, a 15-year upgrading strategy, and the development of a High-Performance Computational Data Center facility.

Jon Curry

Vice President APAC Operations

Jon Curry is the Vice President of Operations, Asia Pacific, at Digital Realty and leads a professional team of data center operational and engineering talents in the region to ensure the highest level of availability and customer services at its facilities in the Asia Pacific.

In this capacity, Jon also oversees initiatives across APAC to progress Digital Realty’s commitment to sustainably manage its environmental impact and optimize the use of energy and natural resources. He serves on a number of associations and working groups including the Singapore Infocomm Media Development Authority’s “Energy efficiency of DC IT equipment” working group and “Green Mark for Data Centres” taskforce.

Jon joined Digital Realty in 2019 following a 13-year tenure with Telstra Corporation in Australia, where he was responsible for Telstra’s domestic data center capability encompassing strategy, planning, design, construction, and operations. Prior to Telstra Jon held several Management & Technical roles in IT over a 25 year period.

Vivian Wong

Director

Vivian Wong is a Director in the Real Estate Finance team at HSBC specializing in real estate financings in the APAC region with particular focus on emerging markets (including Vietnam and Indonesia) and has regional responsibility for data centres and ESG strategic initiatives for commercial real estate. Prior to her current role was a Counsel with Clifford Chance in the Banking & Finance department. Vivian is a qualified lawyer in both England & Wales and Hong Kong SAR and graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Laws.
