CarbonCare InnoLab (CCIL) is a Section 88 registered NGO, with a mission to encourage collaborative actions and innovative solutions to combat climate change, focusing on climate justice, carbon reduction, resource conservation and resilience building. CCIL acts as a catalyst for climate actions through impactful community projects, training, education, research and advocacy.
Our sustainability goals for 2024:
1) Reduce carbon emissions by expanding the supply of solar energy in the energy grid leveraging Feed-in Tariff Scheme.
2) Increase awareness of climate justice throughout Hong Kong.
3) Empower young individuals to engage with local and global climate change agendas in alignment with the UNFCCC Paris Agreement.
4) Support vulnerable communities in enhancing climate resilience and disaster response capabilities.
