Shirley is the Managing Director of JCDecaux Transport (Hong Kong & Macau), overseeing the company’s core outdoor business advertising units, including MTR*, Airport Express, Pacific Place Passages, Hong Kong International Airport and Macau International Airport.
Under her leadership, JCDecaux Transport continues to underline its status as Hong Kong’s leading Out-of-Home media. It has been crowned as “No.1 OOH in Hong Kong” for the 12th year in “Hong Kong Media Survey 2024”, conducted by Marketing Interactive. Besides, JCDecaux Transport has attained the highest honour in “Spark Awards 2024” – “Media of the Year”, “Best Influential Media” in “Spark Awards 2023 & 2022”, “Power Brand” for 4 consecutive years, recognized by Hong Kong Institute of Marketing (HKIM). Shirley’s strong leadership skills are also regularly hailed by the industry, she was awarded “Most Prestigious Professional Marketer of the Year 2019” by HKIM, “Influential Industry Leader of the Year 2020” by IAI.

His core expertise spans ESG reporting, carbon accounting, energy and water assessments, chemical management, and strategic sustainability project execution. Currently, he leads the sustainability team at GSCS International Ltd., guiding sustainability services and driving impact through climate action, supply chain engagement, and sustainable transformation.

Benjamin Soh is the Founder and Managing Director of ESGpedia, Asia’s leading ESG data and technology company, headquartered in Singapore. A serial entrepreneur who previously founded a multinational, regulated B2B FinTech serving the needs of more than 100 financial services firms worldwide, Ben is currently the Vice Chairman of the ESBN Task Force on Innovation. Ben also served as the Chairman of the Green and Sustainable FinTech Sub-Committee of the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) where he is currently still serving as a member, as well as in the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) Sustainable Tech Special Interest Group.
