  1. Accelerate Micro Clean-Tech Deployment Launch and scale Micro clean-tech startups focused on circular economy principles, targeting sectors such as Energy efficiency, water Conservation, and low-carbon mobility and clean & hygiene.
  2. Mentor 20+ Green Entrepreneurs Provide leadership and entrepreneurship mentoring to a new generation of founders working on climate-positive solutions, with a focus on underserved regions in Asia.
  3. Establish a Regional Sustainability Innovation Hub Set up a collaborative platform that connects startups, corporates, and policymakers to co-develop scalable clean-tech innovations and pilot them in urban retrofitting projects

Dr. Joanne Chai is a strategic finance leader with over 30 years of experience driving sustainable business performance through data-driven decision-making, financial governance, and ESG integration. As a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified ESG Planner (CEP), and Chartered Sustainable Finance Manager (CSFM), she specializes in designing governance frameworks for ESG initiatives, with a particular focus on ethical AI adoption, risk mitigation, and compliance.

As Director of boutique consultancy Altus Advisors, she leverages her expertise to bridge finance, technology, and governance, enabling clients to embed robust AI governance, ethical controls, and accountability structures into their ESG strategies. Her prior experience includes partnering with multinational corporations like Hewlett Packard (HPE) and Dell (EMC) across Asia Pacific, where she implemented resilient financial and operational frameworks that balance innovation with regulatory compliance.
Joanne holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Newcastle, Australia, where her research advanced organizational governance, risk management, and cybersecurity in emerging technologies. Passionate about governance-led sustainability, she serves as a Regional Council Member of Seplaa Global Impact Network (SGIN) and Advisor to the Global ESG Leadership Organization, mentoring professionals, especially women in AI and tech, to deploy diverse, interdisciplinary skills for ethical, governance-anchored ESG impact.

Dr. Ip currently serves as Chairman of the Asia MarTech Society and Associate Director of the Innovative Incubation Centre at Saint Francis University.   1. More sustainable clothing and books drives for used clothes and books to be monetised.
  2. Promotion and advocacy plus community based drives for sustainability education in housing estates and residential districts in Hong Kong. Promotion to be more publicised on television, radio, supermarkets etc.
  3. More public green space and use of these designated spaces for community engagement. Increase public awareness of fitness maintenance and joy in opting for more environmentally friendly ways of working out and living.

Mr. Raymond Lui is the Director of Enterprise Solution and Marketing at British Standard Institution (BSI). As a noteworthy leader of a global leading certification body, driving ESG initiative is his top priority for the key business development strategy. Raymond is on a mission to help enterprises to integrate sustainability practices into their finance and business model. From his perspective, sustainability-orientated business not only resolves the great Environment, Society and Governance (ESG) challenges globally, but also benefits enterprises and investors financially. He dives into deep learning the economic implications of sustainable entrepreneurship, industry standards, public policy as well as social impact. He also promotes ESG model simplification and helps local enterprises to adopt international standard in “Carbon Naturality”.

Raymond is GBA Carbon Neutrality Association Strategic member & advisor, Hong Kong Green Finance Association member, British Chamber Sustainability & Education committee. As a youth ambassador of onepile,I have advocated for Quality Education and Sustainable Cities in UNIGF. I have also travelled to Laos, learnt about how esg works there and what did the youths do there, as a young envoys of UNICEF HK. I have also been to Suzhou and Hangzhou ,learning how to translate the SDGs into children-friendly cities.
