Mr. Andrew Lam is a veteran town planner involved deeply in professional researches and education in parallel with his practice. His professional footprint covers a wide range of projects of various scale and nature, from all over China and Asia to the Middle East and many place else. Mr. Lam is elected as a member of the 7th Legislative Council of the HKSAR.
