Charlton is the founder of Diversity in Community Limited in the Asia Pacific region. She is also an author and social entrepreneur managing 2 social enterprises, NGOs and various social innovative projects. With years of experience promoting DE&I from ground to space, she has developed gender-friendly and diversity-inclusive policies for public and private multinational institutions and has organized corporate social responsibility-related events.
She delivers corporate trainings, DE&I workshops, inclusive marketing strategies, and event management, and teaches at various university institutions. Charlton has been featured in over 30 media outlets and organizations for interviews, lectures, and workshops on campus, reaching a vast audience and readers with a reach rate of millions.
My sustainability goals for 2024:
In Hong Kong, achieving significant progress towards SDGs 5 and 10 is essential. Greater gender equality and support for marginalized groups are needed – a society where differently-abled individuals and various gender expressions are respected fosters inclusivity. Valuing and respecting people’s differences is crucial for building equity and acceptance.
