Chiao Chang

Chiao brings a diversified background and experience, having been trained in civil and environmental engineering before pursuing a career in learning and development at Cathay Pacific. Passionate about nature and sustainability, he believes education and awareness are key drivers towards positive impact. Now, as Project Director at Rooftop Republic, he leads the team to deliver successful urban farm projects that align with our clients’ environmental and social objectives, with the aim of driving greater engagement and awareness around how we as citydwellers engage with our food, our environment and our communities.

My Sustainability Goals for 2022:

Whether it’s for consumption, creation or simple enjoyment, when being tempted by convenience, my goal is to ask myself and see everyone to be more conscious with the daily decisions being made.
