CY is the Senior Manager of StartmeupHK, a one-stop portal to the startup ecosystem in Hong Kong and the dedicated team at InvestHK to support startup companies. Beside information, StartmeupHK provides pro bono advisory services to work with overseas and mainland entrepreneurs who wish to set up an office or expand their existing business in Hong Kong.  CY holds a MBA degree from International University of Japan and a MSc in Telecommunications degree from HKUST.
