My Sustainability Goals for 2022:

For 2022, I’d like to see more people practicing mindfulness in their everyday living, can be yoga & meditation, or mindful eating or simply being conscious of their choices such as sleeping patterns, speaking and listening intentionally or practicing compassionate leadership etc.
