Dr Carmen Ng

Dr Carmen Ng is a senior social work executive with broad experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management, service development and operations. Carmen is responsible for formulating strategies and overseeing the operations of elderly housing and related services of the organisation. Prior to that, Carmen had held leadership roles in various social services organisations to steer the development of new service models to respond to the changing needs of the society.

My Sustainability Goals for 2022:

To promote social sustainability through fostering intergenerational solidarity, the younger and older generation shall be brought together to maximise social capital, in order to improve quality of life of all ages.
