Elsa Yuen

Ir. Elsa Yuen, the current President of the Hong Kong Logistics Association, holds an MSc in Global Supply Chain Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and boasts over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. She is the founder and CEO of YS Logistics Corp Limited, specializing in high-value product 3PL/4PL logistics development and e-commerce.

Ir. Elsa Yuen serves on multiple government advisory committees. She is Hong Kong Logistics Development Council Committee Member from 2018 to now, Hong Kong Environment and Ecology Bureau Advisory Committee Member from 2022 to now, Hong Kong Commerce and Economic Bureau (TID Advisory Board) Member from 2024 to now, Trade Development Council Committee Member from 2017 to 2023 and Founding Member, Logistics and Transportation Division, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). She received Young Logistician of Hong Kong Logistics Award in 2008 and “Most Inspiring Supply Chain Professional of the Year” from the Supply Chain Asia Awards 2023 in Singapore.

With exceptional leadership and innovation, she led HKLA to establish the first “ESG SCM Assessment Rating Agent” to ensure Hong Kong’s leadership in logistics globally. This initiative helps SMEs enhance ESG performance, maintain competitiveness, and nurture ESG SCM talents, significantly contributing to the sustainable development of Hong Kong’s logistics industry.
