As SVP of AI & Innovation Strategy at Nan Fung Group, Janice leads AI strategy and generative/agentic AI deployment across global real estate portfolios, while supporting ecosystem partnerships, AI upskilling, and SEWIT sustainability initiatives.

Operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and impact, Janice previously served as Senior Innovation Lead at Jardine Matheson, driving firm-wide investment, new venture development, and sustainability innovation. Earlier at Accenture, she was a Strategy Consultant and Corporate Social Responsibility Lead.
