Jason oversees APAC (ex-China) Asset Management at Gaw Capital, with a strong focus on executing core value-add strategies and portfolio positioning. Given real estate’s scale and tangibility, Jason is excited to partner up with proptechs that bring strategic win-win growth on the portfolio level and sustainable impact on the asset level. Prior to joining Gaw Capital, Jason was Managing Director at a North-American Developer, overseeing their APAC M&A investments and development.
