Jeff Tang

Jeff is the Market Development Leader for Consulting at EY Hong Kong, where he also leads the People Consulting practice. He brings together an understanding of human behaviours alongside business acumen and commercial sensibility to drive tangible results for organizations through realizing their people‘s full capabilities.

At EY, he serves as a top voice and thought leader in the realm of executive remuneration, board advisory, performance management, workforce strategy and organization transformation. He is passionate about manpower matters and regularly contributes thought leadership in the region for institutions such as Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong; and media outlets including CNBC, WSJ, SCMP, Economist and the Hong Kong Economic Journal.
