Joyce Lee is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in LPG engineering and gas appliance manufacturing. She currently serves as Director of Crown Gas Stoves (Holdings) Company Limited, where she plays a pivotal role in driving product innovation, operational excellence and industry development. Under her leadership, Crown Gas Stoves continues to uphold high standards in safety, quality, and technological advancement within the gas appliance sector.

My Sustainability Goals for 2026:

• Deepen resource circulation and upcycling initiatives by expanding the “sales-to-recovery-to-upcycling” full-cycle operating model across all business units.
• Expand and optimize the territory-wide recycling network, increasing collection points at retail stores and partner outlets for gas cartridges, appliances and recyclable materials.
• Promote “Waste Reborn · Green Transformation” as a flagship circular economy programme to showcase innovative waste-to-resource solutions.
• Increase community engagement through workshops, exhibitions, and partnerships with schools, NGOs and corporations to foster circular living and environmental awareness.
• Contribute to the development of the local green economy by reinvesting in environmental and social initiatives through the Green Fund.
