Laura is the Executive Director of Dream2Story, a non-profit organisation established to empower under-resourced young talents of Hong Kong.

Laura is a pioneer in the social sector with expertise and an accomplished track record in fostering innovative partnerships and designing impactful programmes. As a certified facilitator, coach, and Design Thinking facilitator, she excels at crafting tailored strategies that drive sustainable change. With a strong background in facilitation and programme innovation, Laura is committed to scaling social impact through creativity, strategic vision, and her passion for creating lasting, positive change. She holds a bachelor’s degree in global studies (Social Sciences) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
