Mr Leo Chan is the Service Development Manager of Woopie Social Enterprises / Woopie Foundation, and is responsible for identifying local community service needs as well as exploring potential service models in line with Woopie’s vision including but not limited to high-quality community care and diversified support services for the elderly ageing in place.
