Nicole Lee is the Food Technology Program Manager at Brinc – a global venture capital and accelerator firm empowering entrepreneurs to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. In her role, Nicole invests in and supports startups building a more sustainable and equitable food system. In the past three years, Brinc has made 50+ investments in the food tech space encompassing Alternative Proteins, Novel Ingredients, Functional Foods & Nutrition, and Food Supply Chain Optimisation.
